In 2003, Be Smart Kids, Inc. asked its potential hires for an animation that demonstrated a walk sequence and lip synchronization. Patrick Franklin submitted this video. It resulted in Patrick being hired (despite there being more degreed prospects up for the job) and began in a long relationship with the company.
